The service was very good and the staff was very friendly. The owners are pretty fluent in English so it makes our conversation easier being very limited with the German language.
The only thing that disapointed me was the cost for using the internet. I paid for a certain period of time and was not able to use it as long as expected.

It's location relative to the main lift and the town's facilities was good, but despite that it was pleasantly quiet. The bedroom and ensuite were clean and comfortable and the reception staff were very helpful.
The dining room was not comfortably warm for either breakfast or dinner.

I had a fantastic stay at a centrally located hotel in Solden. The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony that offered fine views of the mountains. The staff, especially the waiters, were lovely and worked hard to ensure a pleasant experience. The hotel also offers access to the Freizeit Centrum, although I was too tired to take advantage of it. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable rooms.

The hotel was beautifully decorated, with charming and cozy common areas. As a senior woman, I appreciated the comfortable seating and easy accessibility throughout the hotel.
I would have liked to see more assistance from the staff, especially for senior guests.

The pool and sauna were great for relaxing after a day of skiing. The buffet had an impressive variety of food, so I couldn't resist trying a bit of everything. The location was perfect for staying in the heart of the action.
Who needs a kettle in the room to make tea when you can go on a wild goose chase for water at night?

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the action, just like being at the heart of the excitement. The guests have the opportunity to explore the magnificent Oetztal region, which is a true gem in the middle of the Tyrolean Alpine world. The Freizeit Arena, located 50 meters from the hotel, offers a wide range of athletic activities for everyone. The exclusive restaurant in Soelden provides culinary highlights in a wonderful well-being atmosphere. The massage nozzles in the stone grotto offer a truly relaxing experience, just like being massaged by tiny elves on cozy bubble couches.
Strong kitchen odors near the main entrance, which slightly affects the overall sense of cleanliness.
